* Insert Noid Light into extension cup,
   then into vehicle's injection wiring harness.
* Extend fiber optic cable out of engine
   compartment.
* Suction cup end allows stay put placement
   on hood, fender, or windshield. Crank engine.
* Watch for Noid Light flash.
